BEVERLY

1.5 oz oz pisco

.5 oz Benedictine

.5 oz homemade lavender syrup

.5 oz fresh grape juice

.5 oz fresh lime juice

Ok you have to try this one!!! I was so determined to put Pisco on our menu and this is what I came up with... Pisco (a South American brandy) paired with Benedictine (an herbal brandy based liqueur), (more) grape, and some awesome flower power from that lavender. At this point the drink is good but add club soda and voila!

NIRVANA

1.5 oz rye whiskey

.75 oz jasmine green tea

.5 oz fresh lemon juice

.5 oz organic agave syrup

This is one of our most popular drinks for weddings and special events; perfectly balanced with just the right amount of booze, citrus, and herbal notes. Every sip will take you to Nirvana!

BAE SPRITZER

1 oz vodka

.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice

.5 oz simple syrup (1pt sugar : 1pt water)

.25 oz fresh lime juice

VIOLET BEAUREGARD

1.5 oz gin

.25 oz elderflower liqueur

.75 oz homemade blueberry syrup

.5 oz fresh lemon juice

5 drops Bittercube #1 Jamaican bitters

top with tonic

With a name inspired by the Willy Wonka movie, the Violet Beauregard is a fruitful treat with a hint flower notes and an added complexity from the Jamaican bitters (ginger, cardamom, and other spices.)

REDONDO RENDEZVOUS

1.5 ounces white rum

.5 ounce fresh pineapple juice

.5 ounce almond syrup (orgeat)

1 dash Bittermen's Elemakule Tiki Bitters

top with organic coconut water

And last but definitely not least, our take on tiki! The RR was inspired by the original Trader Vic's Mai Tai recipe but we had to be all extra with it and add as many more tropical flavors as possible- fresh pineapple juice, organic coconut water to thin it out, and tiki bitters to bring it all together. This is escapism in a glass!
